How does the test work?
Place an order
The order is triggered via our backend, the API or the patient frontend.
Receive test kit
Your patient will then be sent a simple test kit with brief instructions to their home. Alternatively, a Probatix partner in the vicinity can provide even more convenient acceptance.
Take a sample and send it in
Your patient takes a small amount of capillary blood and sends it to our partner laboratory using the enclosed return envelope.
Result received
The sample is analyzed in a specialist medical laboratory. You receive the result immediately in a visual format and can access it straight away - via the backend or our API. On request, your patient can also receive the result directly in your app.
